Hair extensions?

so heres the thing i dont know very much about extensions but my friend cut her very long hair and i wanted to know if i could use them as extensions and if so what do i do with them and what kind of service should i be looking for to make them?

it is not to my knowledge that u can use her hair as extensions. the most u can do with hair extensions is it fuse it in, glue it in or sew it in and it has to have the proper thread at the top of the extension to do any of the above mentioned. I say donate it to locks of love. if u still want extensions just puchase some and have a hair dresser create a style 4 u.
