I have a very bad hair cut and i was thinking that a new hair color would......?

help me get over my depression!!! i have tanned skin and brown eyes. My hair was long but i got a really bad hair cut and im very sad...now its short on the top of my head and some long strands..it looks kinds weird i know... should i dye it this color???

I think so. It's really pretty, but go for more contrast. Make the longer strands a color close to yours, then have the other lengths REALLY lightened. It'll take the focus away from length. :D

if you dye it dirty blonde, unfortunately, the long strands will still be there. But by dying it dirty blonde, you could achieve the "surfer boy" look! :)
