So I have medium long hair...and I love it...but it's summer..so im thinking about cutting it. I don't want it TO short.. but i want a layered cut that makes it like poofy twords the top, and cute and kinda short at the bottom. Sortof like an "emo" look but preppy at the same time. PLEASE HELP! I need suggestions PICTURES ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND APPRECIATED! Thanks everyone.
