Should I cut my hair into a fohawk; what colors should I dye it, my picture is my current hairstyle?

I need to know exactly how I should cut my hair

Im figuring a mohawk with longer hair on the sides [not completely shaved]

Then possibly dying it blonde, with [2?] other neon colors.

Any suggestions [hairstyles and/or colors?]

some good colors that go good in hair are neon pink and neon green, also i saw this one at hottopic (amazing store to go to for fun hair dye by the way) its not really neon but its a really bright almost aqua blue, its adorable and it works great.
