My hair Is so think?

so I have really long hair, bout 2 feet or longer, and it is so thick. i was wondering if anyone knows any full proff shampoo or conditioner or other hair products that thin hair. There are times i pull out the iorning board to try and thin down my hair. I cant cut it cuz the thickness makes it long rediculus any shorter than it is now. Just looking for hair products thanks. DESPRITE!

I have really thick hair too.i wanna have it longer (right not it goes down to my eyes in the front and like just barely above the back of my shirt. but its so thick it gets poofy and looks like a mushroom. My dad tells me i should just get a buz cut but i like my hair shaggy. the only problem is its to thick. Next time you go get it cut ask if they can like layer it so its not as thick. they did that to mine one time and it helped a little.

omg, i have such thick hair too! in the morning it is so poofy! try Herbal Essences, they have special types for different hair types, also try flat ironing it, it takes away so much poofiness and frizziness! %26lt;3

Don't cut it. Cutting hair makes the hair follicle curl, creating more frizz. Aside from physically thinning yuor hair (a process a friend of mine has used - she goes to her stylist and they cut parts of her hair at the root the make it appear thinner), you might need to try some hard hitting products - you might have to go into the African-American beauty supply store or down the Black folks hair care aisle at Wal-Mart. Try Pantene Pro-V Relaxed and Natural shamppos and conditioners. I have really thick hair and to control it, I use the afroementioned shampoos, alternating them out every three motnhs with other shampoos (Garnier Fructise, Matrix, Redkin, and Herbal Essence). Every six-weeks, you need to deep condition your hair. Pantene Pro-V has a deep conditioning Hair Mask for that, and V-05 has good products as well. Blow dry your hair with diffuser and a tourmaline ion option. If you must, get a blowdryer that has teeth, that is a comb that you can attatch to it. Stay away from water based product. That's what makes your hair frizz . And if you must, but do it on rare occassions because heat can damage your hair, flat iron your hair with ceramic or tourmaline flat irons.
