Pimples from dirty hair?

i used to have messy, long hair, and i recently cut it. on my forehead (no where else on my face, not a single one) there are a LOT of pimples on the area where hair and skin reach each other. its quite repulsive. any way to get rid of it?

Yep get some metholated spirits and wipe the dirt away over the pimples. Some people will answer with some crap but his is the way and you'll feel blokey still. Results will be almost immediate. ALSO and i am not joking washingyour hair with beer will fixed it all up and stop it from being oily.

get a good face wash , but more importantly... diet diet diet.. cut out sugar almost completely and you will see a difference in one week.. I guarentee it.

My son wanted to spend a fortune on treatments and we did some internest research.. He has cut out sugar from his diet.. He is only 14 and he cut out cereal sugar, Only eats plain cheerios or Rice Krispies.. No sodas.. no cookies.. He limits himself each day..I am very proud of his discipline and as a result his face is completely clear with the exception of the hormonal pimple every now and then.. He has long hair too.

tea tree oil will clear it up no problem or if you put toothpaste on them before you go to bed and leave it on over night it helps to dry them up

It could be a few things, that I can think of...

Blocked pores from dirt and oil...or from embedded hairs...that is where the "new" hairs may be coming in.

I would try some type astringent and make sure to use up into the hair line.

If this doesn't help. I would try to check and see if there are any blackheads in the pimples ..

This sounds gross but pop a few to see if is ingrown hairs...

-Try washing your face more. Don't touch them either. A friend told me that you should touch and when you take a shower it will go away. Now that was for something else. You can try it though. Try going to a dermatologist. Also don't wear hats. Hats hide it but they make it worst. That's all I got. Sorry~

Shampoo your hair, dammit. Also, get a hair scrunchy from a sister/mom or w/e and tie it up. It looks retarded but just stay at home while using it.
